Sharing the Responsibilities

Following are additional responsibilities we handle:

  • Check current Commercial License
  • Contact past job references
  • Perform drug screening
  • Match experience with job requests
  • Dispatch driver with time and location
  • Collect and verfiy time sheets
  • Deliver payroll checks
  • Calculate, deduct and pay payroll taxes
  • Administer employee benefits package
  • Administer/Pay Workers' Comp and negotiate any related claims

  • When you choose to use one of our drivers or other personnel your list of responsibilities is somewhat shorter than ours. And it is certainly shorter than your list of tasks would be if you were hiring these professionals on your own.
  • You are in sole control of the TruckStaff employee or staff members working for you. Supervision of this employee(s) is your responsibilitiy.
  • You are also responsible for insuring the driver, vehicle, and contents of the vehicle against any damage, theft, or other casualty.
